DESCRIPTION
Located just up the hill from Downtown Breckenridge about 3 minutes, with free transportation to the ski lifts and all of Downtown. Front door on the first level is the kitchen, dining room, living room, deck, and 1 bath you can also sleep 4 on the fold out full size sofas. The second level has the master bedroom with a full size bed and a full bath; bedroom #2 with a full size bottom bunk and a single size top bunk, and full bath in hall. Level 3 is a nice loft bedroom with a queen size bed, and also has a single size roll-away bed.

3BR/3BA sleeps 12+ all linens, full kitchen facilities, washer/dryer, wood stove, complete with new furnishings, stage stop across the street with free rides to the lifts and Downtown Breck! 3TVs, DVD, CD, 3 phones, and 50 cable channels. We have gone through quite an effort to set this house up right. You will not be let down....no cheesy rental here, I put my reputation on it. My partner and I have the best cleaning service in Summit County keeping the place spotless!!!!
